Summary

I manage and secure the infrastructure businesses run on: Windows and iOS device management through Intune and Apple Business Manager, Microsoft 365 and Azure security hardening, tenant security reviews with the fixes included, on-prem Windows Server and network support, and API integrations that connect HR, ITSM, and directory systems together. That server experience spans Windows Server 2003 through 2025, plus the physical hardware it runs on. I enjoy the projects other people find fiddly: legacy platforms, multi-site rollouts, and environments nobody's quite gotten around to tidying up.

My background spans logistics and transport, NDIS, managed service provider (MSP) environments, and government-tendered work.
